For over 35 years, Pastificio Cirigliano has been producing durum wheat semolina pasta, with and without eggs, both dry and fresh. Fresh pasta is CAP packaged (Controlled Atmosphere Packaging). The company uses traditional production systems, such as bronze drawing and slow drying, and the offer includes a wide variety of regional and national formats.
